What is the 2025 AI for Operations Study?

Led by MIT and McKinsey, this bi-annual study investigates how organizations integrate AI, Generative AI, and machine learning to enhance efficiency, innovation, and decision-making. By analyzing industry-wide adoption, best practices, and emerging challenges, we provide a comprehensive view of AI’s evolving impact and highlight how companies that master AI gain a sustainable competitive edge, reshaping their industries for the future.


How it works?

1. Take the Survey by March 21st

Answer key questions about your organization’s operations and AI adoption. Your responses will help us create a personalized benchmark and provide tailored insights.

2. You will be notified when your Playbook is available

We’ll analyze the results across all respondents and develop a customized playbook for your company. All analysis will be done on aggregated data and your individual responses will be only accessible by you.

3. Opportunity to dive deeper

As a participant of the survey, you have the option for a virtual session to dive deeper into the study findings and distill additional learnings for your organization.
